Terms of Use and Conditions

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) regulates the conditions for using the website of GDISPENSERS Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “GDISPENSERS.” Viewing, using, and purchasing from the website are subject to all the provisions of this Agreement and all applicable laws.

GDISPENSERS Ltd. reserves the right to modify the provisions of this Agreement, in whole or in part, from time to time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. This includes any document that governs the terms of the relationship between the company and its customers.

It is emphasized that all the terms in this Agreement are subject to all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations (Israel).

Purchase Terms on the Website

All purchases on the website are made through GDISPENSERS Ltd. (GDISPENSERS Ltd.), Registration No. 516808763, whose details are specified in the attached document to this Agreement.

The terms appearing in this Agreement and/or the purchase are subject to the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder. In any case of conflict between the provisions of the law and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of the law shall prevail.

Online Ordering:

Products can be ordered through the company’s website by filling out an order request form (after adding the product(s) to the shopping cart on the website). After the order is reviewed, a message and/or email confirming the order will be sent. In cases where additional details are required to process the order, a sales representative from GDISPENSERS Ltd. will contact the customer via email. The order will only be valid after an invoice is issued and payment is made. Filling out the details and placing the order on the website does not constitute a transaction.

Delivery days will commence only after the transaction is approved and payment is received in practice.

For the sake of clarity, delivery dates will start only after the transaction is approved and payment is actually received.

Cancellation Policy:

Purchasing through the internet website constitutes a remote sale transaction as detailed in sections 14(g)(1), 14(d), 14g1, 14(h)(a), and (b) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: “the Consumer Protection Law”).

Cancellation of a remote sale transaction will be possible in accordance with the conditions specified in the above-mentioned law sections and summarized below for convenience. To resolve any supplier conflict, in any case of a conflict between the summary and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail:

The customer may cancel a transaction made on the GDISPENSERS website if 14 days have not passed since the receipt of the product or the document specifying the transaction details, whichever is later, and this can be done through a written letter, an online request (via the website), or email.

“Via email: gdispensers.com. When contacting customer service on the website, use the contact link provided in the email sent after the order is placed (select the reason for the contact as order cancellation).”

A consumer who is a person with a disability, an elderly citizen (aged 65 and above), or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months, as detailed in section 30.

A customer who wishes to cancel a transaction due to a defect in the product received or due to a mismatch between the advertised and actual capabilities of the product will receive a full refund. In the case of cancellation for reasons not related to a defect in the product, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 shekels, whichever is lower, will apply.

Refunds will be made within 14 days, and only if the product is returned to GDISPENSERS Ltd. according to customer service instructions.

Cancellation is not allowed in cases where the law does not grant the right to cancel, including products that cannot be returned by law, products created specifically for the consumer, opened or damaged products, transactions paid for with gift certificates or coupons.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks:

All rights, including intellectual property rights, in the website’s content, design, images, videos, texts, and any other information, are the exclusive property of GDISPENSERS Ltd., and may not be used without prior written approval from the company.

Privacy Policy:

When using the website, the customer may be required to provide personal information (such as name, phone number, address, email) for the purpose of receiving an offer, completing an order, and/or providing additional information. This information will not be disclosed to a third party except in cases required by law, court order, and/or an authoritative demand.

Responsibility and Warranty Conditions upon Purchase

Warranty will be provided to consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection (Warranty and After-Sales Service) Regulations 2006, at a cost of 60 ₪ and above, for a period of one year, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

The order and/or invoice accompanying the purchase shall exclusively determine the warranty period and warranty conditions. Warranty will be granted solely to customers who have directly purchased the product from GDISPENSERS Ltd. (no warranty will be provided for products purchased through any distributor).

The warranty period begins on the day of product delivery to the customer. All warranty is for repair and/or replacement of the product only. During the warranty period, a product that appears to the company to be damaged and which, at the company’s sole discretion, has been harmed due to normal usage conditions and/or has a defect in its manufacture, will be replaced or repaired without charge. Also, if the product is not in the company’s stock and/or its production has been discontinued, the company will replace the damaged product with a product of equivalent value, quality, and performance, subject to applicable law.

To utilize the warranty, customers should contact customer service via the ‘Contact Us’ button on the website and report a product that appears to be malfunctioning. GDISPENSERS Ltd. reserves the right to replace the product upon a return of damaged product from the purchaser. The returned product must be sent securely packaged to prevent damage and must be fully insured at the sender’s cost, accompanied by a warranty certificate and an invoice as proof of purchase.

Acceptance of the returned product does not constitute acknowledgment of any defect or malfunction in the product and does not constitute an obligation to replace it unless agreed upon differently with customer service.

The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

• If the company deems that physical damage or any other damage not within the company’s control is evident.
• If the product, in the company’s opinion, is damaged due to usage that does not conform to the operating instructions and/or improper usage of the product, and/or due to accidents and/or acts of force majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, fire, lightning, war, and other instances beyond the company’s control.
• If, in the company’s opinion, any alteration or change has been made to the product, and in cases of inappropriate or non-acceptable combination/connection of the company’s products with each other or with other products.
• If the product is damaged due to negligence or recklessness.

The product warranty does not include any form of technical support and/or guidance regarding product operation.

Limitation of Product Warranty

GDISPENSERS Ltd. will not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss, including to individuals and/or equipment, incurred as a result of product purchase and/or use, and/or due to improper operation of the product. The company will solely be responsible for repairing and/or replacing the product as stipulated above.

GDISPENSERS Ltd. is not liable for consequential and/or incidental damages and/or direct and/or indirect economic loss and/or profit loss, business loss, reputation harm, and/or any financial loss whatsoever, directly or indirectly related to the product. No compensations will be given.

GDISPENSERS Ltd. is not obligated to ensure that the product is suitable for various purposes other than its specific intended purpose, or in any way regarding its value and profitability for the distributor.
